All entries must include your name, your child’s name, age, school, email address and any mandatory information specific to a competition, including answers to qualifying questions, unless otherwise specified. • Prizes and giveaways cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. • If you do not meet any one of the entry requirements, the judges reserve the right to award the prize to a runner-up. • Cangro has the right to substitute the gift or prize with something of the same value. • The copyright of all entries, letters, photographs, artwork, SMSs and questions belongs exclusively to Cangro and Cangro reserves the right to edit and republish them in any media. • Winners may decline to have their name used in advertising or listed publicly. • Competitions and giveaways are open to any learner in South Africa, except employees of Cangro (Pty) Ltd and their immediate families. • The winners will be notified through their school • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. • Allow two months for delivery of prizes from winners’ announcement on Cangro FB page. • The winning plant will be determined by an independent judging panel (80%) as well as online voting (20%). • If you win a prize provided by a third party supplier, the supplier will contact you with regards to the collection or distribution. All correspondence regarding the prize must be directed to the supplier of the prize. Cangro (PTY) Ltd will not be responsible for any further correspondence, harm, damage, loss or claim relating to the provision of any element of the prize. • Unclaimed prizes are only valid for six months. • By entering competition, you agree to receive future correspondence from Cangro.
