Cangro’s Upside-Down Business Challenge
Forget trust falls and awkward icebreakers—Cangro’s Upside-Down Tomato Challenge is a team-building experience like no other! This fun and competitive initiative brings colleagues together as they go head-to-head—and business teams face off—to grow the biggest and healthiest upside-down tomato plant.
The challenge kicks off with a morning of creativity and camaraderie as participants plant their tomatoes and decorate their cans at the office. From there, the real fun begins—each employee takes their plant home, where the competition heats up as they nurture their tomatoes over the next three months. Along the way, they’ll share insights, compare progress, and get a unique glimpse into each other’s worlds beyond the workplace, breaking down formal barriers and fostering deeper connections.
Are you ready to grow together? Let the challenge begin
