How does it all work…

 

Challenge Video

Throw down the gauntlet to other businesses in your community challenging them to enter the upside-down challenge, as well as sponsor special needs and disadvantaged learners. This video will be uploaded onto our fb page giving you immediate recognition for your commitment to supporting diversity and education.

WhatsApp Community

Because the Upside-down plants are grown at the employees/learner’s home, our Cangro WhatsApp community becomes a dynamic space for progress updates and information exchange.

Branding

Gain exposure through various sponsorship packages (see table bellow), including prominent logo placement, content positioning or online and media exposure, as well as prominent visibility at the school planting day event. Your brand will be associated with a cause that resonates with customers and stakeholders.

Planting Day

Starting in the first week of October, the Cangro upside down kits, including seedlings and soil will be delivered to your place of work, as well as to the respective participating schools. The planting day event is an opportunity for your staff to have some fun helping and engaging with one another while planting and decorating their upside-down plants. Knowing that other businesses and their staff are also competing drives a common goal.

Mini competitions and fun weekly activities

Cangro will provide sustainability focused activities, as well as tips and tricks to share and engage with your staff. Mini competitions ensure momentum throughout the 10-week growing period.

Choosing a winner

Finalists will be chosen, and their plants displayed on our Facebook page allowing the community to vote for their favorite. This not only gives your brand exposure but allows employees to rally behind individuals creating a real sense of community in the workplace.
