These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Can-A-Bush Challenge, offered by "The Growers Club". By entering the competition, you agree to comply with these Terms.

**1. Membership and Seed Distribution:**

1.1. Upon joining the Club, each entrant will receive one feminized cannabis seed, a 20lt metal container, and growing medium.

1.2. If the provided seed does not germinate or the plant dies during cultivation, the Club will offer a replacement clone. Please note that the strain of the replacement clones may differ from the original choice.

**2. Online Support and Workshops:**

2.1. The Growers Club will provide online support to members throughout the cultivation and harvest stages of the plant.

2.2. Workshops will be conducted periodically, covering topics such as germination, plant training, defoliation, harvest timing, trimming, drying, and curing.

**3. Additional Services:**

3.1. The Growers Club offers additional services, including trimming and processing of harvested material into FECO, Rosin, or Hash. Charges for these services will be determined based on the quantity of material requiring processing.

3.2. Call-out services for assistance are available at an additional fee.

**4. Judging and Sample Submission:**

4.1. While it is not mandatory, Club members are encouraged to submit samples of their cultivated cannabis for judging. The Club may organise judging events.

4.2. Regardless of whether you submit a sample for judging, all members will be provided with a sample to judge at the end of the cultivation period.

**5. Cannabis Distribution:**

5.1. The Growers Club does not engage in the sale of cannabis or cannabis-related products.

5.2. Any cannabis received from the Club is provided as a free sample for you to taste and critique. There is no obligation or remuneration associated with these samples.

**6. Eligibility:**

6.1. Membership in the Cannabis Growers Club is open to individuals who meet the legal age requirements for cannabis cultivation in their jurisdiction.

**7. Liability and Responsibility:**

7.1. Participants in the Club are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to cannabis cultivation in their region.

7.2. The Growers Club shall not be held liable for any legal issues or consequences arising from members' actions related to cannabis cultivation.

**8. Termination and Amendments:**

8.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or amend the Club and these Terms at its discretion, with or without notice.

**9. Privacy and Data Handling:**

9.1. The Club may collect and store personal information for the purposes of membership management and communication. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

**10. Agreement to Terms:**

By joining the Cannabis Growers Club, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1st October 2023 and may be updated by the Company as necessary. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes or updates.
